Privacy Policy

This MVP does not create user accounts, store saved estimates, or sell personal data. Calculator inputs are used to update planning results in the browser or in local application logic.

ZIP code input is used only to adjust estimate ranges. Do not enter names, emails, phone numbers, exact addresses, or private project notes into calculator fields.

GA4 analytics code is disabled until a measurement ID is configured. If enabled, analytics events must stay aggregate and must not include ZIP codes, free-text notes, emails, secret values, or sensitive personal information.

The planning assistant is gated by server-side configuration. It should not be used for legal, building-code, appraisal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. If enabled, assistant questions are sent from the server to the configured AI provider to generate a reply. Do not enter names, emails, phone numbers, exact addresses, or sensitive project details into assistant messages.
